Our original Posture Control Insoles® go by many names including the Morton's Insoles, Pronation or Supination Insoles, and to confuse everyone, for retail, we “cleverly” decided to called them Natural Body Balance™ Ultra Thin. We unfortunately created some confusion for our customers. To set the record straight, the insoles on this page are the Posture Control Insoles® thousands of medical professionals are recommending to their patients. If you got a recommendation to purchase Posture Control Insoles® you are in the right place.
We call them Ultra Thin because they are just 2 mm or a little over 1/16” thick except under the first metatarsal and big toe where the Kinetic Technology™ is located. You probably know that custom orthotics usually requires you to buy bigger shoes, so the really nice part about these insoles, aside from the fact that they are guaranteed to work, is that they fit in all the shoes you already have including most fashion shoes. Posture Control Insoles correct both hyperpronation and supination.
Note: Don’t fit ProKinetics® Insoles in worn out shoes or anti pronation or motion control shoes.

These are not generic insoles like you get at the drugstore so we recommend you make a quick self assessment to make sure you customize your choice to get insoles that will work best for you. The 2 minute self evaluation will help you determine how much Kinetic Technology™ (corrective strength) you need. The most common amount of correction (KT) is 3.5 or 6.0 mm which is the height of the small wedge underneath the inside of your foot.
Click here to learn more about how they work.
The strength is determined by doing a controlled knee bend while observing knee and foot mechanics. It is easy and quick. Click here to see how. Alternately, if you just want to try the insoles in your shoes, purchase the Perfit Fit™, and you will have both the 3.5 and 6.0 mm correction.
People who generally have tense muscles throughout their bodies and who tend to favor the outside of their feet should always start with 3.5 mm correction, and if the knee bend test says you need 6 mm, switch up after 7-10 days. You'll save big by choosing the Perfect Fit package below assembled especially for people who need to start slow.
Most people do not need, and should not wear arch supports, but we do recommend modest arch support if you have flexible flat feet meaning you have an arch when sitting down that goes away when you stand up. We also recommend arch supports temporarily if you have Plantar Fasciitis. |
