You should experience significant results in one to two weeks. After two months we expect your functionality to be significantly improved and your pain to be significantly reduced. Posture changes may continue for several months. Follow the instructions on the package to trim your new insoles and fit them in your shoes. Follow the break in instructions and wear the insoles at least 70% of the time for 2 months. If you experience discomfort beyond that of starting a new exercise, discontinue wearing them and contact us or your distributor. We are always available to help you troubleshoot if you need assistance or have questions.
ProKinetics® Natural Body Balance™ and UltraThin™ Posture Control Insoles® are covered by a full 90-day functional guarantee and a 6-month limited warranty covering material failures. US customers may return this product to Posture Dynamics within 90 days of date of order for a full refund including standard domestic outbound shipping and handling charges (USPS 1st Class Mail). In case of material failure, Posture Dynamics may, at its option choose to replace or refund the purchase.
NOTE: With the exception of the Perfect Fit™ package which contains two pair of insoles which are both refundable in used condition, if you purchase multiple pair and wish to return them, refund will only be given for one used pair (your 90-day trial pair) and additional unused pair. The Solemate™ MicroLifts™ are not covered by our performance guarantee, so if you're new to our insole technology, start with a three pack. As a first-time buyer, you can purchase it at a discounted price.
If you purchased our insoles from a distributor outside the US, check the return policies of your local distributor. If you purchased your insoles from Posture Dynamics through MortonsFoot.com and they were shipped to a non-US address, you will receive a refund for the product purchase only. Outbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable for international shipments.
You do not need a RMA number, so just send them in a plain envelope, USPS First Class is fine, to the address below. Please include a note that you would like a full refund. Your refund will be applied through your original method of payment within 10 days of our receipt. You will receive a notification through the applicable payment portal of your refund.
