The Posture Control Arch kit contains two arches and adhesive. The women's arch kit may be used with Women's 5-10 and Youth 2-6 Ultra-Thin Insoles. The Women's #2 arch is 10 mm tall at its apex (slightly more than 3/8 in). Installation instructions are printed on the package.
